Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.jhoeandco.com.au operated by Josephine Martin.

For custom made and personalised items, WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. However, exceptions apply and are accepted if the item is delivered faulty or there was a mistake on the personalisation on our end. In such a case, we will be happy to replace and issue a new item with the correct details and customisation (please read refund eligibility).

Please also note that we will not offer refunds on sale items. However, we will be able to issue you with store credit that enables you to exchange the product after the product has been returned and inspected by JHOE & CO (please refer to refund eligibility).

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

In order to be eligible for a refund, the items purchased must not be custom purchases (please refer to the above paragraph for exceptions).

You must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as you have received it. This means the products must be unused, undamaged and must have all the contents of original packaging included.

These may include:

     - Thank you cards

     - Tissue wrapping

     - Care cards

     - Free items during sales

Instructions on how to return your product:

1. Submit a form via the ‘Contact Us’ within 72 hours of receiving your order.  Please include a detailed description for the reason for your return as well as the order number and your email address. With faulty or products with a custom mistake, please include a video or photograph of the item as you have found it.

2. Post the product back to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please refer to refund eligibility and ensuring that all contents of original packaging is included

3. Allow 5-7 business days for JHOE & CO. to process your return

Refunds will not be processed until the items have been received and assessed by JHOE & CO. so please be patient as we help. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return has been approved, we will initiate the refund back on to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
